FYI, Read Aloud does not properly read accessibility tags in a PDF. It is mainly for people with cognitive disabilities.

You can find additional options for Reading and Accessibility under the tabs with those titles in the Preferences dialog (Window: Edit - Preferences; Mac: Acrobat app menu - Preferences).

Windows Narrator does not understand the tags tree inside a PDF. It would not be a good tool for testing for accessibility. Neither would Adobe Read Aloud. These are considered Text-to-Speech tools and not WCAG conforming tools. Using NVDA or JAWS would be your best bet for testing for accessibility.
