I have a few PDF's and need a mirror image so I don't need to rebuild the document. Can this be done? I'm using Acrobat Pro 7.0.
Thanks in advance.

If it is an image within the PDF you wish to flip rather than the whole page. Choose you Touch Up Object Tool (Tools >Advanced Editing...) Right click on the image and choose Edit Image... This will open the image in Photoshop (or whatever your image editing package is, Preferences > TouchUp > Choose Image editor) where you can flip and save it. The changes will be reflected in the PDF.

I would like to flip the entire document rather than just a single item if it can be done.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but maybe someone will prove otherwise.

- save the PDF as TIFF files
- edit the TIFF files in a image editor
- combine the changed TIFF files to a new PDF

I'm betting the answer is yes, but the only user i know that could tell you no longer frequents these forums. PDF files are really nothing but lines of code. When you ask to rotate a page nothing much is happening but programming code is inserted to rotate the page. I'm sure flipping a page is easily done, all you need to know is how is the language used to create pdf file files.
If you want an automated solution, you might check in to the enfocus website, Pitstop Pro might be able to do it. Quite a Box of Tricks from Quite.com might be able to do it as well.
