Can you Freely Move Pages in Acrobat

Hello.
I mostly do construction work. Recently aquired adobe acrobat to view our prints and designs digitally. Typically we have 11x17 construction prints and we line them up somewhat like a puzzle so the entire image remains in continuity. Is there anyway to acomplish this same arrangement with pages in adobe acrobat?

You can move pages around in the Pages panel, but not on the main display of Acrobat, if that's what you mean.

You can also only show up to two pages side-by-side in the main display, but more than that in the Pages panel.
