Can you move a table within Acrobat?

If I create a table in Word and then convert to pdf it doesnt seem that I can move the table within the pdf. I can move images I drop into the pdf and I can move objects I drop in. But I cant move tables that are convereted from Word. Am I missing something?

PDF files are not meant to be edited in this way. If you have the original Word file make the changes there, and then create a new PDF.
