Hello,
I've created an editable form with some Digital Signature fields, and I'd like to know if it's possible to restrict those fields so they can only be filled out by specific people. I.E., only the General Manager can sign in the General Manager Approval field. I don't see any options in the properties for the Digital Signature boxes. The rest of the form needs to be accessible to anyone, but ideally the signatures would be restricted.
I also tried messing with converting it to an "Adobe Sign Form," but I don't really know what I'm doing there. It converted all the Digital Signature fields to "signature fields" that didn't seem much different from regular text fields.
I found some old posts from like 2012, that talked about restricting users using seed values, but I can't find a modern equivalent.
Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
