I'm in the last month of my annual paid monthly plan. I want to be sure I cancel it before I'm charged on the anniversary, and it still wants to charge me an early penalty of nearly half the monthly cost. So when can this be canceled to not be trapped into another year but also not be penalized?
I would think that in the last month, since it says I'd keep the service until it ends anyway, it should be a zero penalty fee by now. I paid for the year, as contracted.
I'm just not using it as much as I thought I would and I really don't want to keep wasting money on something that's not useful and be stuck in it another year.

Couldn't you just remove your credit card from your account?
