This is ridiculous. I keep trying to cancel and keep being told I have to pay an early cancellation fee. How long can you keep charging my card before I can finally get out without paying extra. What a scam! I will never purchase anything from this bottom feeding, scamming company.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through Twitter. There is no email support.

Yes but to the over 1000 posts on this forums point, the entire process that Adobe created to subscribe and cancel is similar to that of 90's CD clubs like columbia house where the terms are burried in the fine print, plan pages are segments all over the place, language is purposefully opaque and the chat / phone support is awefull. What makes it worse are appologists on the forum stating that it's the subscribers fault. Yes it might be but if Adobe is confident in their product they shouldn't have to utilize such shady / scam practices. Bad form. If there was a viable alternative in the professional work you bet I would use it. I wonder why Adobe is ok with having a bunch of disgrunteld customers who are locked in., what are they afraid of.
