hopefully i'm not getting charged for accessing this chat --- I wanted to view a document I couldn't otherwise open, so I download Adobe on a free trial - what I didn't know was that along with the reader, all these other items were tagged on, and now adobe is taking out payments for what seems like ... all their products!!! and fyi, I did decline and emailed that I did not want to subcribe beyond the trial period, yet they are taking money out of my account --- where and who do I contact, as it also seems that the email address I used to decline subcription is now a 'no reply'.?.
finally, I tried to cancel, and in order for me to do that I have to pay the full year subcription!!!
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
