How do I cancel a trial subcription. I follow the instructions and they are not useful because they keep me going around in a circle. Is there a number I can call to talk to a human. The instructions say call us, but there is no number to call.

Thank you for your help.

It seems the chat function is removed? Clicking the https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html rerouts to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, which has no chat link (three dots inside a circle). Even the "chat with an agent" link on the "...phone.html" page is rerouted to helpx.adobe.com/contact.html... 

 

...end the helpx page just state the obvious, which doesn't work.

Interesting! I've tried now with Safari, Chrome and Firefox, and this is what I get. 

Is it a popup window that is blocked? I'm on macOS Big Sur, so perhaps you're using Windows? image.png

I'm using Firefox on Windows. I suggest you try it in a stable OS version, not a pre-release one.
And yes, it uses a pop-up window for the chat.

Well, it's the same thing with Microsoft Edge and Firefox on Windows 10, which are both preconfigured to block popup windows for security reasons. 

 

In none of the five browsers I've tried now is there a "chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session,the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right". If that in itself is a popup window, it needs to be rethought. 

 

Perhaps it's time to make it clear on the page that "Popup windows must be allowed for this page for the chat function to work" or something like that?
