Olá, eu efetuei o cancelamento da minha assinatura dentro dos 14 dias, mas ainda não recebi meu reembolso, tem algum prazo pra eles me reembolsarem, estou me sentindo desamparado por não saber quando vou ter meu dinheiro novamente. Eu fiz o cancelamento ontem, no mesmo mesmo dia que foi efetuada a assinatura por acidente. Alguém me ajuda.
