@caf_9802 It might be because Adobe's servers need updating and they do it after-hours. Depending where you are it may be day-time but where the Adobe's head office is, which in San Jose, California, U.S.A. which is 2:16am PST at the time of this comment. 

It does appear according to Adobe Status, the is alot of going on: https://status.adobe.com  Just hop back on after 8am PST, and it should be up... or else alot of people will be complaining!
