Hi all,
I canceled my 7-days trial for Acrobat the same day as I started it (19th of february). I received a email that the subscription has been canceled which is attached (sorry, it's in dutch). After checking my bank account I saw that I already had two payments automatically taking of my bank account.
After consulting the support chat, they said they couldn't find the cancellation so the payment will proceed for another year! Ofcourse this is crazy due to the fact that I received a confirmation of the cancellation in my mail.
Anybody else had the same problem and knows what steps I should take next? Thanks for the help!
