Cancelled 7-days free trial and still got charged

On 23.5. I received the mail confirming that the subscription (free one-week version) was cancelled on time, but on 24.5. I still got charged 24,39 euros.

I can try to cancel now again as it still says that I have a monthly plan even though I got an email confirming I have cancel it on time. But I dont want to do it again as I want my moey back from the first time being charged.

I need immediate action. I cannot find the way how to conntact anyone directly.

You need to fight for it!
ADOBE is a big scammer.

Many people apparently got the same problem.

Cancelling the 7-day trial did not automatically cancel the plan - WTF?

I contacted the via chat and this was one of the answers:

"as I can see the cancellation has done by you but the plan is active"

FIGHT for it!
