On 23.5. I received the mail confirming that the subscription (free one-week version) was cancelled on time, but on 24.5. I still got charged 24,39 euros.
I can try to cancel now again as it still says that I have a monthly plan even though I got an email confirming I have cancel it on time. But I dont want to do it again as I want my moey back from the first time being charged.
I need immediate action. I cannot find the way how to conntact anyone directly.
