Recently, I noticed that I had been charged for an Adobe Pro Trial Subscription for both January and February, even though I had cancelled.
I first cancelled in January the very day I had installed and used it. Because I later happened to notice that it still seemed active, and thinking that I had forgotten to cancel before, I cancelled again in February.
I’ve been finding it difficult to find someone at Adobe to address this problem. I would like a refund, along with confirmation that my cancellation has been accepted.
Thank you.

Hi,
In response to your message, I had called the phone number mentioned in private message sent to me by Amal. . The first person I spoke with transferred me to another person, whose name I have forgotten. After some discussion, he assured me that he had cancelled the trial subscription, and that I'd be getting a refund as requested.
A few months ago (in August), upon checking my credit card statements, I discovered that I was still being charged. (I am still being charged, the next payment being due on December 18, 2023.) I also never received the promised refund. This is very frustrating. Would someone please resolve this? Thank you.

I also, am still being charged for a subscription I cancelled 2 months ago. In fact I don't even know how I agreed to a private subscription, since my school has adobe and I have a school account for adobe acrobat.
