I decided to try the free trial of acrobat pro DC and forgot about it. Looking at my bank transactions I can see that I've been paying for the service for 2 months. When I try to cancel the plan I'm being told that I have to pay 810 kr (80USD) as I'm cancelling my plan early. It seems as if I've been put on a 1 year plan automatically after the end of the trial. I've never agreed to this and would like to cancel my plan without having to pay the 810kr.

Thank you. The chat support helped me out and were kind enough to cancel my subscription without me having to pay extra.
Glad to hear it!
I have been trying to cancel via the chat for almost 3 weeks now and it says to update the billing info to cancel. I do not intend to continue with the plan and therefore don't need to add it for you to unnecessarily charge my credit card. I want it cancelled and your chat keeps saying you are closed.
