Cannot access acrobat

I am supposed to have access to acrobat through my workplace's creative cloud account. I have downloaded the install program, but when I try to run it the creative cloud desktop pops up, without acrobat in my available apps, and then nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please try to install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
