Cannot add annotations on a remote desktop server's session after renaming an Active Directory user

Dear Adobe community,

After renaming an Active Directory user, I cannot anymore use the Adobe Reader DC annotation's feature "Add text box" for that particular user only on a Windows RDS (Remote Desktop Services) server under Windows 2008R2.

When I click the "Add text box" button, the following error message appears "Il se peut que l'erreur survenue puisse être corrigée en installant la dernière version du logiciel de prise en charge du coréen" which can be translated like "It is possible that the following error is corrected by installing the last version of the Korean language software".

After getting that error, an empty text box is on my PDF and my old username in the right side column of the program. If I try to modify the text box from the box itself or via the right side column the same error message fires up.

I have tried two things to solve the problem but with no result :
1 - Checked the windows logs (software and system) but nothing is logged there.
2 - Renamed and moved my folder %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC
3 - Uninstalled the current version of Adobe Reader DC and installed the latest available on the FTP server (ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/2000620034/AcroRdrDC2000620034_fr_FR.exe).

I don't know what to do next to bring back to life that feature without creating a new profile.

Do you any idea that can help me?

Regards

Trying to modify manually the REG_SZ keys named tauthorTrimAt in the subfolders of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Annots\cAnnots\ doesn't solve the problem but it permit to display the correct username.
