Cannot add image while Editing in Acrobat

New Here ,
Jun 11, 2020 Jun 11, 2020

I cannot add images while Editing in Acrobat.

When I select the file, instead of inserting it in acrobat, it opens the image in Windows Photo Viewer. I tried jpg and png.

I uninstalled & reinstalled Acrobat, it worked for a couple of days, and then it happened again.

I´m using Windows 10.

Anyone experienced same problem? is there a solution?

Thanks.

You need to use the Add Image tool. You can't just drag the image into Acrobat.

Could you elaborate what it is you are trying to do?  Do you already have a PDF that you want to add an image into?  Dragging an image into Acrobat will convert that image to a PDF, but dragging an image onto an existing PDF won't insert it into that file.  The more you can tell us, the better chances of someone coming up with a solution, I believe.

My best,

Dave
