As i am login using the Social ID, it is not allowed to manage my plan to end the free-trial suscription of Adobe acrobat. My account is locked due to mutiple logins.
It was quite annoying on this arrangement that cannot login using Social ID.
My account will be charged soon.

I would recommend that you contact your local sales team.
Can you describe what you mean by 'Social ID' so we are all on the same page.
