Cannot Change Bate Number Font from "Symbol"

When I try to add bate numbering to any PDF file, the only font it allows for the prefix is "symbol." Any ideas on why this is the only option? I've attached what I'm seeing.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Does it happen only with this one file, or with any file you run it on?

-Adobe Pro DC version 2021.011.20039 and macOS 12.

-This occurs with all PDFs.

I am still having the same issue. It happens for all PDFs and no one else under our account has the problem but me.

Mine was fixed after updating and fully restarting my computer

Yes, that was the first thing that I tried. It was completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and still no other option for a font other than symbol
