Cannot change font size when editing text to a non-default size

Hi,

I would like to change the font size of my headers in PDF to 29px (or pts). But the edit panel only lets me change font size to a default size. Even when I type in 29 to the font size frame, it automatically changes 29 to 28.

What gives?

interesting - I just changed a block of text to 17.5 points.

This is Acrobat DC Pro on Windows 7. What version are you using?

I'm using Acrobat CC 2018 on a Mac. Can't change to the font size I want, including, like 23 px. You can create a pdf with an odd size font, but you (I) can't change the font size. I think it has something to do with mac font picker, cause I'm limited to the same choices there as in Acrobat.

There is no Acrobat CC 2018. Please tell us the exact version in ABOUT.
