I've tested this with multiple documents, but usually I am able to CTRL+C/V blank pages after each page with text with no problem. However, after the total page count hits around 100-150+ pages, I am no longer able to do this.
The interface is via organize pages and copying and pasting the blank page. I would still be able to copy the blank page, but checking the edit tab, I can no longer "paste" the blank page. I am still able to manually go to insert blank page (CTRL+Shift+T) but was wondering if the problem otherwise is a bug.
This is with Version 2021.011.20039, Windows 10.

Also, I don't need every page to have a blank page after it - it's a segment of each document that requires that specific format. Thanks in advance.

I'm on a Mac so I do not know if I'm comparing Apples to Oranges or Envys to Cosmic Crisps but when I'm in the Organize Pages Tool, I can Option/Alt drag blank pages to new locations. It's just "drag drag drag" to add new blank pages.
To test this, I took a 32-page document, copied and pasted it into itself until I had almost 200 pages. I then was able to continue dragging copies of the blank page anywhere I wanted until I had about 215 pages.
I guess the only issue you might have is to recognize the location of where to drag the blank pages. Tthat is, how well can you see where to land (depending on how you size the thumbnails).
