Hello! I am trying to create a droplet to run a preflight profile, but when I hit save the droplet does not save to the specified location.
Steps to re-create:
Under Print Production tab - choose Preflight
In preflight dialog box, I am selecting a profile
In the top right under "Options" I am choosing "Create Droplet"
Setting my Success and Error folders
Click "Save"
The Save As dialog opens with the File name saving as a .exe file, the Save as type is blank without any options to choose from
When I click save, no file ever appears in the specified directory.

Hi Eric,
Yes the success, failure and droplet are all in different locations, and yes I have admin rights on my computer. I even just tried it specifically stating to Run as an Administrator.
I have also tried using different profiles and that did not work.

Im having the same issue.
Print Production tab - choose Preflight
In preflight dialog box, under defaults selecting a profile
"Options" I am choosing "Create Droplet"
Droplet Setup window opens.
Once I hit save on this window and try to save the droplet on the Desktop with default name.
Hit save and does nothing. Reverts back to Preflight window.
