Cannot create a PDF from multiple worksheet tabs

Guest

Good afternoon,

wonder if anyone can help.

Using adobe pro and I am wanting to use the combine pdf option to add an excel spread sheet with multiple tabs.

In the preview all the tabs show which is fine, but when I choose to combine, the finished pdf only shows the first page.

I have gone into options and ensured that convert all pages in workbook is selected.

Am I missing something or is this option not available via combine pdf ?

Thanks in advance

James

Hi jamest67903923,

Please try to create PDF using Acrobat ribbon provided in MS Excel Worksheet.

Open worksheet and click on Acrobat on Menu bar. Then click on create PDF, you will get a small Adobe PDF maker window.

Select "Add all" under sheet selection column and press the Convert to PDF tab at the bottom.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi
