Cannot deactivate Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 desktop after uninstalled

Can anyone tell me how I can deactivate Adobe Acrobat Standad 2017 desktop software from a computer after I already uninstalled it from that computer? I installed my Adobe Acrobar Standard 2017 on a new computer and got the message that the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers, and that I needed to deactive the software in my old computer. I unstalled the sofware from my old computer (wrongly assuming that would deactivate it in that computer), and then tried again to install the software on my new computer but the same message came-up. I found the page that says that if I uninstalled before deactivating I should re-install and then deactivate, but when I reinstalled it into my old computer I received the same message I received with my new computer: the serial number is already in use by the maximume allowed computers! So, I still cannot deactive it from the old computer. I tried logging into my Adobe account to see if there was some way of deactivating the old computer's use of the software from there, but I could not see an option for doing so: my serial number shows-up (I purchased the product at a store and registered it on my Adobe account), but I could not see any way of deactivating the computers using it... Bottom line, HELP!

Deactivation is only possible before you uninstall the application. As mentioned, you would now need to contact Adobe directly to do it for you.

Go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset:
