Cannot download docx

I just subscribed to  Adobe Acrobat Export PDF.
I convereted PDF to DOCX, but cannot download. 
It says "Exceeded maximum number of files(50) or total size(100MB)"
This is the only file in the folder and the first time to convert. And the file size is 5.1M.
Any insight would be apprecaited!

I do not know the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF but look for an option to convert it to individual pages. If your document is over 50 pages, that might be the cause.

 

In addition, photos suck up a lot of storage space. IF this document has a lot of photos, that might also be part of the issue.

 

I'm sorry for only being familiar with the desktop version but you were hoping for insight, maybe guessed insight might help?

 

Oh, if the document is over 50 pages, can you split the document into smaller blocks and then run them through?

Thank you for your advice.
Yes, it was around 150 page.    But now I can download it without the problem.
What I did was that I created the link to share.  And I opened the link in the different browser. Then I was able to download it.
Now again I deleted the converted file, and redo the same. Everything working for now. 
Maybe it was too soon after subsribed to the plan ?

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Export PDF.

 

Is the issue with a particular PDF file or with all of them? 

 

Also, please try logging out of the portal and logging in and checking if it works.

It seems like I had to wait a bit longer
Before subsribing to the plan, none of the converted DOCX were downloadable, even 1 page PDF file.
