Cannot edit PDFs

Question

I have installed adobe package and every time I open a doc and try to edit I just get a white box with blue circle whirring, I havr uinstalled and reinstalled but keep getting same problem. Any ideas how to fix this?

We have checked your account with the email address used for signing in Community. It does not show any active subscription. Please confirm if you are using an alternate email address. You may share the email address in a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Please let us know if you get a blank window when you launch the application or when you try to open the PDF. If the issue occurs only when opening PDF, check if you can launch the application without any issues.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers installed on the machine.
