When printing to PDF from Tableau Desktop, certain files generate the error message: "Cannot extract the embedded font 'GothamLight-0-050". Some characters may not display or print correctly. The text is generated only as dots.
This occurs on my Windows 10 PC but not my coworker's Windows 10 PC. We both use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and the same Tableau 2019.2. To the best of my knowledge, I cannot find the Gotham Light font in these documents, only Tableau Lite. Thank you very much.
