We receive certain invoices from Amazon (but for other seller) which are not being opened correctly.
E. g. some of the Asian characters are missing. And we get an error message when opening (see screenshot in attachment).
I read similar posts and would like to share an example (invoice) with the support team (but not here in public) to get a better understanding of if we should address Amazon to fix their embedding of fonts or similar and what to tell them exactly.
Where/how could I provide the file in question?

The error is due to an error during the PDF creation. The PDF file has probably been created by a third-party software.
