Cannot find or create the font 'Univers-65Bold'. Tried everything

I have moved to a Windows 10 computer and when I open my document I get the message 'Cannot find or create the font 'Univers-65Bold'.  This is exactly how the font is written - no spaces.

I have installed a number of Univer fonts but am still getting this message.  I have tried using Preflight/PDF Fixups - Embed missing fonts. It asks me to save the file and then says it can't save it (Problem reading this document 23).

I have also used the 'List potential font problems' option and the list is VERY long (the document is over 200 pages).

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
