cannot find serial number

Hi, 

I just subscribed to acrobat pro and tried to use the software.

I was using acrobat on an old mac, and the software started to ask me for serial number after login.

I cannot find the serial number by any means. Please help!

The subscription does not need a serial number. You need to be signed in. Where did you subscribe to Acrobat Pro? (website, link)

If it's asking for a serial number you installed the wrong version. Remove it and download the correct one from your account on Adobe.com, or via the Adobe Creative Cloud app.
