Cannot get the Acrobat Extension for Chrome to work

I have signed into Adobe, checked my password, have all the apps. But this extension will not work. It stays grayed out. It will only convert pages hosted by Adobe. Very, very un-useful.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

What happens when you try to use the Acrobat extension on crome? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

You may also try to remove the extension, reboot the computer and reinstall it as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/enable-createpdf-extension-chrome.html and see if that works for you.
