Cannot manage subscription

Hi there, i got a subscription with adpbe acrobat pro for the free trial, however, my account was charged and now when i am trying to cancel it is says i will be able to manage my plan soon, however it has been over a week since i started this supposed free trial, i am trying to redeem the 30 money back guarantee, however it isnt letting me cancel the subsription. Can someone please help, i dont want to risk paying more because i couldnt manage my plan

 

I have also been charged for the second month, and have not recieved any help. Can an employee please respond to and read the previous chat.
