Adobe Acrobat could not open 'JB_PTA_One80_ApplicationFrom.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.

How did you get the file? Were you able to open it in the past?
Try dragging it into a plain-text editor (like Notepad). What does the first line of text in it looks like?

Yes it is a form I need to fill in, so the field should be empty. Everything was working fine until I ran my update yesterday... I can open certain pdf files but not others...

Hi,

I tried to open the PDF and it opens just fine for me too.

Could you please confirm me what is the OS version on your Mac ?

Also Can you Please try to Uninstall and Reinstall Acrobat and see if the file opens fine for you then ?

Thanks

Ayush Jain
