cannot open tracker through system tray

When people in our group try to open Adobe Tracker through the system tray, they get the message "There was an error opening this document. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect," followed by the message "There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found." These messages are repeated several times.

I ran Repair Installation and opened the Tracker through the Acrobat View > Tracker menu item and cleaned out some older reviews, but the problem still occurs.

Is there anything else we can do to address this issue?

I had the same problem, i tried a lot of things and nothing happened so i reinstall the application and now it works great.
