Cannot Paste into Header - Adobe Product Community - 12787859

I want to paste text from a Word document into a PDF header. If I right click in the header dialong box, the menu has a paste option (not grayed out) but nothing appears after selecting it. I used to be able to do this.

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.011.20039.
