Cannot print a filled form using Acrobat 9 pro

I downloaded a medical form, used the form wizard, filled in the required data. I can print the form but not with the data included. I am using Acrobat 9 pro. I would appreciate help. Thanks. Fred

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

What happens when you try to print the PDF form? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same.

Also, please try to print the file as an image and see if that helps. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image.

Note: Adobe Acrobat 9 is an old and EOL application. For more info. please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-support-acrobat-8-reader.html

You can flatten the form before printing.
