I have three users on the latest Adobe Acrobat Standard. For months they have been able to open a PDF, go to File, Save As, and save the PDF as a TIFF. Today all of a sudden when they go to Save As the file type dropdown only shows PDF, no other file types. It looks like they can still go to Export as TIFF, but that process is really slow. I made sure they were updated and rebooted their workstations, same issue. They are logged into Acrobat, license is active in admin console.
Hi there

Amal I am having the same exact problem, I can no longer "Save As" under a different filetype either (I use Save As ---> TIFF) and can only save as a PDF. I use this all the time for doing image editing of sheet music in other applications and it would be very nice to have this shortcut feature restored ASAP. We can use Export PDF just fine for now but I really would prefer having this option back under the regular "Save As". And I also discovered saving under PDF/A does bring up all the filetype options that the regular Save As used to have but its under another submenu.

I have the same problem. I usually Save As a pdf to a .ps/postscript but now only pdf shows up in dropdown menu and I have to export to get my .ps.
