Cannot save a form with signatures after 02-09-2021 Update (v2021.001.20135)

We use reader extended pdfs to fill out forms, save them, and then complete them at a later date. Once the form is complete it is signed and then a copy is saved.  I am unable to accomplish this.  I did update to the latest adobe ver. 21.005.20060.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard.

Error:  This document restricts some adobe acrobat features in adobe acrobat reader.  To create a copy of the document that is not restricted (and has no extended features in adobe acrobat reader) 

choose file > save a copy.

Is there a specific fix for this?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Are you still experiencing this issue after updating the application to the latest version 21.05.20060? Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that makes any difference.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to fill and sign? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer first and then try to open it and see if that works.

Also, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
