I have absolutely no way of saving a document. Every time I try I get the message, "Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented" which makes absolutely no sense at all. I've read previous posts with the same problem and none of the answers helped me.
Please, someone explain what the heck this message means and how to get rid of it.

@CAndrewsLHT try resetting your Acrobat Preferences; This should force the Acrobat to build a new, clean set of processes for all its basic functions, including saving. Hold down Ctrl Shift while launching Acrobat (PC) or Hold down Command Shift while launching Acrobat (MAC). You should see a dialog box asking if you want to delete the preference files. Click Yes. And hopefully, you should be able to save again. Good luck!
