I have an Adobe Pro Acrobat subscription. For several days now, I am unable to sign into the desktop app. Previously, I was always signed in. When I sign in, it does nothing. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled and have the same issue. I could change my password which I have not done. I am able to access the iPad app with no issues as well as see my documents online.

@arvindn88158668 I would clear the history, cache and cookies of your web browsers. Clearing these browser data types is a fundamental troubleshooting step for many online issues, from website display problems to login errors. I like to just close and reopen my browser (or even just refresh the webpage) after clearing the data, and the changes should take effect.
Now, do you have more than one Adobe.com account? I have two accounts, and even I have trouble logging into the wrong account. Whichever you bought the Pro Subscription, that's the account you need to log in into.
