cannot use the best compression

Hi Support,

 

i have some accounts buy adobe reader stands version, but have one account when use  PDF the best compression function PDF pop up the message said this account no authorize, do you know what is matter?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active subscription.

 

If its an IT managed work computer, please get in touch with the IT admin at your end and see if that works.
