Cant change page size for printing why does Print Properties or Page Setup notwork?

After clicking on print, the print dialogue box opens, the page is set to A4 and I need to change it to A3 however I can't do that because the "properties" AND the "page setup..." button don't do anything!

I am running Windows 11

Acrobat is up to date - no updates available

my print drivers are up to date. They were just installed by IT.

I have tried checking if this exe was set to Read Only... it was not.

So how can I change the paper size??

George is getting frusterated!

Are you able to change page size in other programs? Or is this only the case with Adobe Acrobat?

What is your printer's make and model? Does your printer have the ability to print A3/ledger-sized sheets? If it can't output the sheet size, it likely won't let you select the sheet size it can't print.

Yes I am able to change page sizes in other programs like Bluebeam etc.

This issue is only happening with Acrobat.

Yes the printer can print A3 pages no problem. Its just that acrobat seems to be stuck on A4 and won't change the size.

What's the printer make and model? What printer driver (and version) are you using in your shop?
