Hi @ShivaLogan

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.2017X installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

I am getting the same error. New installation a few days ago worked fine. Installation is on local drive. Yesterday - same errors as above. I am using version 2023.001.20174.  It happens on every document. I have removed the application, confirmed latest printer driver,  even the provided Welcome.pdf after new install errors out.  Trying to print it as an image errors out.  Disabling protected view didn't matter.

Hi @Lori29938539pd3x

Would you mind collecting the print logs as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-print-logs-for-acrobat.html and sharing them via any cloud storage? Just upload the log file to the cloud, generate the link, and share that link with us for further investigation.

Sorry for the delay.   New logs at link: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AmuZJ-oY8HSRiPEK4svNpRcEjeI1SA?e=ambexU

1. The PC found the printer for installation - not added through IP address.

2. The printer is on a local (home) network, wireless connection.

3. Tests ran - same errors.

4. Printer was deleted, pc was rebooted, printer was re-installed (found automatically, not entered via IP), tests re-ran - same errors.

5. Trying to use Acrobat (that came as part of ScanSnap purchase). But reminder - it DID print a time or two before these errors started showing up.

Try changing the Security settings in EDIT-PREFERENCES.  That worked for me yesterday when I installed a new printer. These settings work for me.

LATEST

Thank you for the reminder, Mariahweyne. I had changed these settings in the past during the troubleshooting - and it didn't make a difference, but I hadn't unchecked the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" after the last go-round. I just unchecked it and rebooted everything and for now it seems to be printing like it should.  Finger's crossed it stays working this time!  Thank you everyone for your assistance and input!
