Cant scroll while in another window

Hello Adobe Community,

I used to be able to view a PDF on my second monitor, and rename a document file on my other monitor, while being able to scroll through a PDF in Adobe Acrobat. 

From one day to the other I am no longer able to do this. Everytime i open a PDF document and start to rename a file on my first monitor, the second I go to my second monitor, where the PDF is and I start scrolling, it stops the renaming of the file. And I have to select the Adobe Acrobat window in order to start scrolling.

Hope anyone can help me with this problem

My adobe acrobat version is:  Version: 19.21.20058.359605

PDF version: 1.4 (Acrobat 5.x)

I use a two-monitor setup as well.

Have you tried doing the same thing with other software and other Windows open?

Does the problem only occur with Adobe windows or other apps as well?

This will help us to determine whether the problem is in Adobe or in the system.

It seems to be happening with other windows aswell, actually didn't think of this. I will try to do some research.
