Cant Use Acrobat Pro DC offiine

When offline, my Acrobat Pro DC won't work. It prompts me for login creds but you can't login offline. I want to be able to use this app offline. I don't see any options to fix this (stay logged in box, etc.).

Windows 10, Acrobat Pro DC 19.021

Since this is a subscription-based application it needs to be able to access the internet to verify that your subscription is valid.

You need to switch to the non-subscription version (Acrobat 2017, currently) if you want to be able to use it even when the computer is offline.

With the monthly subscription one must go online once a month so the user's copy can verify the monthly fee has been paid.

I do go online often, occasionally need to use Acrobat Pro DC offline. When I am offline and open a PDF,  I get an error message in a few seconds prompting me to go online or leave Acrobat.

I understand now. When offline I must first open the app, then access the PDF file and all is well. When I simply double click the file from Win Explorer, I get the error message.

Hi - I have the same problem and I must be an idiot because I don't understand what you now understand. when I'm offline (usually out of wifi range) when I 'first open the app' it immediately comes up with the LOGIN screen. then when I try to open the PDF i want to access, I still can't access? What am i doing wrong? Thanks

Acrobat DC requires internet access from time to time to make sure that your subscription is still valid.

Depending on your subscription you need to be on-line from time to time.

Please update this thread if you get in trouble as soon as you switch off the internet.
