Captions and tags

If there a trick to getting your Captions from a WORD document to come in as a "caption" tag automatically?

I have tried w/o the caption, and as a caption function and they come in as a paragraph tag. This is rather annoying when are working with a table-intensive document and have to go fix all of them manually.

@Irasema21762708dln9, sorry no good news for you.

It is a failure of Adobe's PDF Maker plug-in for MS Word that has made this error for...well, for as long as I can remember.

Adobe PDF Maker is the main method of exporting a tagged PDF from MS Office software. You can try Microsoft's built-in PDF export utility, but it doesn't do any better. File / Save As / PDF.

I just created a feature request at UserVoice for this to be added. You can vote it up at: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/46471306--captio...
