Certain pages print upside down, only from OSX Acrobat

I have some PDF docs that will print certain pages (seem to be mostly scanned/inserted pages) upside down, regardless of what print preview looks like. It is reproducable - I can File --> Print to any printer, and page 8 of this document is always upside down.

If I send the file to print from chrome, safari, firefox, preview, or any other app...this does not happen. If I send the file from our Windows 10 machine's Acrobat Pro installation...this does not happen. It's only happening on our Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099 Mac OS Big Sur machines.

I have checked every single print option, and only two change this behavior. If I select "Print As Image" all images print in the correct orientation. Additionally, if I select "Choose paper source by PDF page size", the images print in the correct orientation. If neither of these are selected, the issue reoccurs. Size to fit, actual size, print on both side of paper (long/short), and orientation (auto/portrait/landscape) do not affect the issue.

I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY this is happening. If it were a driver issue, it would happen in other programs using the same driver, right? Additionally, this is happening on files that previously printed fine in older versions of Acrobat.

Thanks for any insight or suggestions on things to test to isolate the cause of this problem.
