Change character spacing in Acrobat Forms

Hi! 

I am making an editable version of our corporate's business cards for clients that cannot access our service request platform.

The Email field is an approx 100px wide text box. On this field, I want the client to be able to enter as many characters as they need to but IF the character count exceeds 20 characters I want the CHARACTER SPACING (named Tracking in InDesign) to change in order to fit the text box. Not the text size.

Note: Our corporate visual guideline mentions that the email text size is fixed to 6pt and CANNOT change.

I have been looking for this all day without any luck. Is there a JavaScript code for this?

This is not possible within a form. Even fields with Rich text formatting dont allow to modify the tracking. I've done this type of work with InDesign scripting, but that would of course require that you either have a license for InDesign server, or every user has InDesign on their computer.
