I have a PDF with a dropdown box with 2 options. On the buttom of the file there is a box for signature. Is it possible to use a script that change the dropdown option when the document has been signed?

What do you mean by "the dropdown option"?

Basically with the dropdown there are 2 options you can select. By default there you can see one, and if you click on it you can choose which one to use, right? So what I would like to do is: when someone is signing the document, automatically will change the option. Not sure If you understand what I mean

I sure don't. Are you talking about a selection within the Sign Document dialog itself (where you can select who is signing, what appearance the signature has, etc.), or an actual drop-down field in your file? Or something else?

It might be helpful if you posted a screenshot of what you're referring to.
